"Travis and his team have always been great to work with. I had an auto claim back in 2021 and Travis helped me every step of the way through the claims procedure. Unfortunately, StateFarm is upping my $180/mo auto insurance to $235/mo. Totally not Travis’ call but also nothing he nor his team could do since its from their corporate office. Travis did explain all the changes happening through SF and unfortunately none of it I aligned with. I would still reach out to Travis in the future anytime I need auto or home insurance."
